Lord Zedd might be one of the most menacing villains of all time. If you think that is an exaggeration, you probably didn't start watching the Rangers until after the Dino Fury season because this guy was terrifying. Remember when he first hit the scene? Even the dark sorcerer Rita Repulsa was so mortified that she had to make a love potion to keep his power and wrath in check. Granted, she's no nun herself, so who knows how much damage she really prevented.
