Customer Service Representative Team Lead
HalloweenCostumes.com is currently seeking members to join their customer service department as Customer Service Team Leads. As a lead, these individuals will assist the Customer Service Manager in training Customer Service Representatives to create a world class shopping experience for our customers.
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure representatives provide excellent customer service by:
- Monitoring and grading calls
- Reviewing emails
- Assist and coach in all types of communications
- Other duties as assigned
- Train both seasonal and non seasonal representatives
- Follow company policies while effectively handling escalated communications
- Assist Customer Service Representatives, as needed by:
- Handling a high volume of calls
- Monitor orders for inaccurate information
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Job Performance Expectations
- Provide customers with exceptional product knowledge
- Promptly answer inbound calls and emails in a polite, positive manner
- Provide friendly and consistent customer service
- Maintain and clean the customer service center
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience setting and meeting goals and deadlines
- Positive leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- English language proficiency
