It's a Duck!
The old adage is nearly always true. If something looks like a duck... and it walks like a duck, you can be pretty secure in your thought that it is, in fact, a duck. There are a few notable exceptions, of course. If it resides in Minnesota lakes, you might be looking at a loon.
