This costume is designed to stay inflated only while the fan is running, which is completely normal for this style of inflatable. The fan runs continuously on the 4 AA batteries, and the costume inflates and holds its shape as long as the fan is on. Once the fan stops, it will deflate, so if yours is deflating while the fan is still connected and running, check that the back zipper is fully closed and that the fan is seated securely where it attaches to the bodysuit, since any gap there is the most common spot for air to escape.(AI Generated Answer)
