The Masters of Mischeif

Lock, Shock, and Barrel are here to liven up your haunted festivities—with synchronized swaying, a catchy tune from The Nightmare Before Christmas, and just a hint of “we might be up to something.” These three trick-or-treat troublemakers are ready to turn your display into a scene straight out of Halloween Town. And no, they don’t come with adult supervision. We checked.

Standing nearly four feet tall and just under four feet wide, they’re impossible to miss—and they like it that way. Whether you’re going full Jack Skellington or just want to add some musical mischief to your décor, this trio hits the spooky-silly sweet spot.

Design & Details

This officially licensed animatronic features a metal frame, creepy plastic heads, and polyester outfits that scream Tim Burton (but like, in the fun way). Their heads sway back and forth as they belt out a song from the movie, making them the perfect life-size centerpiece for your Halloween setup—or your daily living room musical, no judgment.

The built-in volume control, off switch, and step pad-compatible “Try Me” mode make it easy to cue up their performance exactly when (and how loudly) you want it. Great for indoor use or covered outdoor areas, but don't let them get wet unless you're prepared for some soggy scheming. And if you’re outside the U.S., you may need an adapter to plug these little gremlins in.

Triple the Trouble, Quadruple the Fun

Set the tone with Lock, Shock, and Barrel—because nothing brings a yard to life quite like three pint-sized pranksters singing their spooky little hearts out. They’re spooky, they’re stylish, and frankly, they’re kind of the stars of your Halloween scene now.

Questions & Answers

Q: Do you offer for additional fee any warranty on outdoor props? (1 Answer)
Asked by Lisa | 28 July 2026
Monster Responds...
We don't offer an additional warranty fee program for this prop or our other animatronics. The price shown covers the item itself, and that's the full purchase.

Q: Can this be displayed outdoors? (1 Answer)
Asked by Anonymous | 28 July 2026
Monster Responds...
Yes, this animatronic can be used outdoors as long as it's in a covered location and kept dry. It does need to be plugged into a GFCI outlet when used outside.

Q: Hi, what is the depth of this item? (1 Answer)
Asked by kemilan | 9 July 2026
Monster Responds...
We have the height at 48 inches tall and the width at 46 inches wide for this animatronic, but the depth isn't a measurement we have available. Those two dimensions should give you a solid sense of the space it will take up for your display planning.

Q: Is this water resistant? I wanted to put it in my front yard, but I’m afraid of it getting rained on. Thanks (1 Answer)
Asked by Sandra | 26 August 2025
Monster Responds...
This one shouldn't be left out in the open where rain can reach it. We specifically recommend using it indoors or in a covered outdoor spot, and it shouldn't be allowed to get wet. A covered porch or patio would work great, but an open front yard leaves it exposed to the elements.

Q: Can these be left outside and get wet? (1 Answer)
Asked by Anonymous | 23 August 2025
Monster Responds...
This animatronic is designed for covered outdoor locations only and should never be allowed to get wet. If you do set it up outside, it also needs to be plugged into a GFCI outlet for safe operation.

Q: Hi on the ad in the search engine it says $255 for the first order? But when I add to cart it’s $399.00? (1 Answer)
Asked by [email protected] | 17 August 2025
Monster Responds...
The price shown on the product page is what you'd pay at checkout. Search engine ads sometimes pull a cached or promotional figure that doesn't reflect the current price, so the page is always the accurate one to go by. This Lock, Shock, and Barrel animatronic is a big piece at 48 inches tall and 46 inches wide, with three moving heads and a song from the movie built in.

Q: What is the size of this item in it's box? Basically curious how much room it takes up in storage. I am curious about a number of these animatronics. (1 Answer)
Asked by Dave | 16 August 2025
Monster Responds...
The assembled dimensions are 48 inches tall and 46 inches wide, but this animatronic ships disassembled with the heads, hands, lower body pieces, and frame all packed separately, so the box will be considerably more compact than that. We don't have the exact box dimensions on hand, so comparing your available storage space against that 48 by 46 inch footprint when fully built is the best reference point for planning.

Q: This was 249 last week and now it’s 299 this week. Prices go up as we get closer to Halloween? I guess I do it (1 Answer)
Asked by Anonymous | 5 August 2025
Monster Responds...
The price shown is what it is today, and that's what you'd pay at checkout. What I can tell you is this is a pretty spectacular piece: all three of Lock, Shock, and Barrel together, 48 inches tall and 46 inches wide, with moving heads and a song from the movie. It's an officially licensed exclusive, so if it's calling your name, it's only available here.

Q: Does it play the full song? If not. what part of the song does it play? (1 Answer)
Asked by David | 4 August 2025
Monster Responds...
Our copy tells us it sings a song from the movie, but doesn't specify whether it plays the full song or just a portion of it. What we do know is that it has a volume control and can be triggered by the step pad or the try-me button, so you have good control over when and how it plays.

Q: Can these be used outside if rain is at a minimum being in Southern California? (1 Answer)
Asked by Sue | 28 July 2025
Monster Responds...
This animatronic is designed for covered outdoor use, so a dry Southern California setup should work well as long as it stays protected from any moisture. It should not be allowed to get wet, so even light rain means bringing it under cover. You'll also need to plug it into a GFCI outlet when using it outside.

Q: Are they motion activated?
Can sound be turned off while motion continues? (1 Answer)
Asked by Debbie | 28 July 2025
Monster Responds...
The step pad activates the animatronic, so it is motion activated in that sense. As for your second question, the volume control lets you turn the sound down, and there is a separate off switch, but our copy describes these as a combined control set rather than independent sound and motion switches, so we can't confirm that the motion runs while sound is fully silenced.

Q: Hello!
I am obsessed with this anamorphic! I am concerned about installing it outside, due to the notes in the details. Is it suitable to install outside?
Thanks,
Ethan (1 Answer)
Asked by Anonymous | 21 July 2025
Monster Responds...
You can absolutely use this animatronic outside, with two conditions to keep it safe and running great. It needs to stay in a covered location where it won't get wet, and it must be plugged into a GFCI outlet when used outdoors.

Q: Are they waterproof so I don't have to keep them on my front porch? (1 Answer)
Asked by Victoria | 16 July 2025
Monster Responds...
These guys need to stay dry, so the front porch works only if it's fully covered and they won't get rained on. They're rated for covered outdoor spots but shouldn't be allowed to get wet, and any outdoor use requires a GFCI outlet nearby.

Q: Does it come with an adapter? For the US folk (1 Answer)
Asked by JaxL | 16 July 2025
Monster Responds...
No adapter needed for US use. The plug on this item is designed for standard US outlets, so you're all set to plug it in and let Lock, Shock, and Barrel start singing.
