Design & Details
Made from soft 100% polyester minky fabric, this hat is stuffed with fiber fill to give it that unmistakably round, puffed-up shape. Foam-structured fins and embroidered eyes add extra personality—because if you’re going to look like a spiky balloon animal, you should at least be expressive about it.
The elastic band inside includes a hook and loop fastener for a secure fit, and the hat measures 23.75 inches around, sized to fit most heads ages 14 and up. It’s comfy, it’s weirdly flattering, and it won’t actually puff up when startled (but you’re welcome to do that part yourself).
